I’ve been following Mindy’s newsletter and blog for a while. I love the tips and tools she provides. She was the first person I thought of when I needed to upgrade my professional narrative and materials for a work opportunity. Mindy was fantastic to work with, and I found her informative, personal, professional, and 100% in tune with where I wanted to go. I worked with Mindy through an employer-sponsored Professional Development program over a period of 2 months earlier this year. Mindy was fantastic! The enneagram assessment she facilitated was very useful in identifying what motivates me in the workplace and how to focus my energy to amplify my strong areas and develop my weak spots. Throughout the program Mindy and I met biweekly in 90-minute personal development sessions, where Mindy was attentive, supportive, and extremely resourceful in helping create and implement a personal development strategy. My career trajectory was greatly helped by this time with Mindy. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to take a more active role in their professional development.

My company brought in Mindy to work with a group of employees on professional development. I had five, 90-minute 1:1 sessions with Mindy that were personalized depending on topics that interested me, where I felt that I needed help, etc. I found the sessions extremely valuable, as Mindy created a safe, confidential environment to discuss real life situations in both my personal and professional life where I was able to leave the session with tools and a plan to move forward. The enneagram assessment conduction prior to the sessions provided an immense amount of information that allowed for introspection and self-actualization. My experience with Mindy was exceptional and absolutely wonderful! Very comfortable, efficient, insightful, and most importantly very effective. At first, I was hesitant to commit to a two-hour Sparketype session. But the time flew by very quickly, I was in the flow! Mindy provides professional, high-quality, reasonably-priced employee communications writing support for my company. She’s easy to work with and keeps me well informed on her progress with every assignment.
