Assessments

Gain Insight. Take Action.

Whether you’re starting out in your career, wanting to find more balance, looking to reboot your life, or pivot in focus, assessments are a terrific way to learn more about yourself and others. These assessments are based on you self-selecting your best-fit type after taking an online questionnaire and participating in a virtual coaching session with me. You’ll receive a comprehensive overview, review your reported results, self-select your best-fit type, and obtain actions and tips you can put into practice immediately.

Determine Your Growth Path.

Enneagram

The Enneagram is an invaluable personality map for understanding habitual patterns essential for greater self-awareness. It explains why we behave the way we do, and it points to a specific direction for individual growth. Because it has so many levels, it’s remarkably accurate. Using the Integrative Enneagram iEQ9 assessment, you will learn about your Core Type, Subtype, Wings, Lines, and Centers. We will apply this knowledge to help you overcome blind spots and foster new habits that guide your growth and development.

Realize How Others Perceive and Experience You.

FIRO®

Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation™ (FIRO®) explores interpersonal needs and how we express and interact with others. It dives into William Schutz’s theory that behind our survival needs, we each have distinct interpersonal needs – inclusion/involvement, control/influence, affection/connection – motivating us. Using this instrument, you will gain insight on what you express to others and achieve clarity on managing expectations and perceptions.

MBTI®

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) is based on Carl G. Jung’s theory that seemingly random variations in behavior are quite orderly and consistent, due to the fundamental differences in the way we prefer to use our perception and judgment. This assessment looks at four aspects of personality to detect the essential elements of who we are and how we’re motivated.

Sparketype®

The Sparketype® assessment helps an individual pinpoint what ignites their passion and workflow and understand what requires a heavy lift. It was created in 2018 by Jonathan Fields, and since January 2022, it’s been taken about 640,000 times, creating more than 32 million global data points. Each of the ten Sparketypes has its own impulses, tendencies, behaviors, and preferences that uniquely show up based on a person’s experiences and personality.

See what others are saying

I heard Mindy present at an IABC Southern Region conference, and immediately knew I wanted to work with her as I navigated some potential career changes. Mindy prepared my personalized MBTI materials, including tips for communicating based on my type and preferences, and then we used that information to work through a career decision matrix and to update my resume for my next big move. While there’s value in each of those tools and the way Mindy walked me through each piece, the most valuable part of this whole process has been having a mentor, career coach and friend who’s got my back. It’s been wonderful to have a disinterested third party to bounce ideas off of and compare notes with, knowing that there was no bias from my real-life home or work situation influencing the feedback. She’s truly here to help me find the best fit for me, and offer encouragement and gut-checks along the way.

“I have had the pleasure and honor of being Mindy’s mentee for over five years. I have also worked for her as an intern. In short, she is the best manager I ever had as well as an inspiring mentor. One of Mindy’s many strengths is her talent for leveraging introspection. When she took me through the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator during my internship, I discovered how looking inward helps me understand myself and others, which makes working together in a team much more pleasant and effective. Mindy’s question to me on my first day at work also comes to mind: “Are you a morning person or a night person?” From seemingly small questions to thorough personality tests and focus groups – Mindy understands, like no other person I know, how to help teams and customers reach their full potential by looking inward. Mindy is my role model both professionally and personally and I would recommend her for anyone looking for a proven way to manage your personal growth and development.”
